OBJET EYEWEAR Wholesale Policies

OBJET EYEWEAR supplies eyewear exclusively to optical retailers and approved business customers. Wholesale prices are provided directly to approved retail partners and are not displayed publicly.

Ordering

​

Orders may be placed by email, text message, or directly with an OBJET EYEWEAR representative.

An order confirmation and invoice will be provided before an order is processed.

​

Shipping and Local Delivery

​

Orders are generally delivered within 7 to 14 business days, subject to product availability.

Free shipping is available on orders of CAD $1,000 or more. Shipping charges apply to orders below CAD $1,000 and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Complimentary local delivery is available within the Kitchener–Waterloo area.

Customers will be notified promptly of any unexpected delays.

Returns

​

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization.

Products must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and free from alterations, prescription lenses, and retail markings.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was supplied.

Once inspected and approved, returns will be issued either as a refund to the original payment method or as an account credit, at the customer’s choice.

Defective Products and Warranty

​

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 12 months of delivery. Photographs and proof of purchase may be required.

Approved defective products may be repaired, replaced, or credited at the discretion of OBJET EYEWEAR.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling or adjustment, damage caused during lens installation, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Opening Order Offer

​

Approved new retail partners receive 10 percent off their first order of CAD $1,000 or more.

The offer applies to the first order only and cannot be combined with another promotion or discount.

OBJET EYEWEAR reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer for future orders without prior notice.
